Liz Andrews

I came to ceramics as a mature student following a career in the NHS.
I have recently completed a degree course in Contemporary Design Crafts at Hereford College of Arts and am now setting up my own studio.
I aim to have two distinct threads to my practice combining conceptual work with functional ceramics. With this in mind I am concentrating on improving my skills in throwing and am working on earthenware slipware with Patia Davis at Wobage and porcelain with Melanie Brown.
